By downloading, installing or using the Fling Android application (“App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you (“You” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, please uninstall the App and discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate Your account if You are underage. 3. Account Registration
To access certain features, You may be required to register for an account and provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account. 4. Description of the Service
fling.fun provides interactive AI-generated conversations for entertainment, informational, and general conversational purposes. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or contain errors (“AI Content”). 5. License Grant & Restrictions
Grant. Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, we grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes. Restrictions. You may not (a) reverse engineer or decompile the App; (b) distribute, rent, sublicense, or lease the App; (c) use the App to violate any applicable law; or (d) interfere with other users’ access to the Service. 6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable content; Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity; Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks; Use the Service to collect personal information about others without their consent. 7. Payments & Refunds
Refunds. All fees are final. If You believe You have been incorrectly charged, contact us at and we will review Your request. 8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property in the Service (excluding User-generated content) are owned by fling.fun or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content You submit, but by submitting content You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute it in connection with the Service. 9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” fling.fun DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER INDIAN LAW, fling.fun SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless fling.fun and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of Your breach of these Terms or Your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related Rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. 14. Contact Us
